Kids Yoga

Yoga for Kids Ages 4 and up

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4pm-5pm

Sign up by the week ($15 for two classes) or for all four weeks ($40 for eight classes)

Kids, roar like a lion, hiss like a snake and learn some really cool ways to go upside down! Moms, come relax in our beautiful studio and sip some sweet tea or an iced latte while your little ones work their yoga bodies and minds. Classes include snacks for the kids and one hour of downtime for mom (priceless)!
